The Executive Education HEC Lausanne is an education platform offering various kinds of academic programs for executives. As a strategic development and marketing manager, my current role is to:

• Plan, develop and implement the global marketing strategy
• Manage the marketing team and affiliated partners (freelances, agencies, etc.)
• Supervise the sale of our continuing education programs (revenues x2.2)

Executive Education HEC Lausanne

Before being strategic development and marketing manager, I started as a student assistant in parallel with my studies and then became a digital marketing project manager. At that time, my main tasks were to:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns (adwords, display, social medias, etc.)
• Develop the digital environment to improve the customer experience (CRM, website, etc.)
• Design marketing automation flows to qualify prospects and automate processes

Alaya

Alaya (formerly Share A Dream) is a start-up created in 2015 which aims to connect little-known and impactful NGOs with people and companies from around the world. I helped the company during the first months of its growth to:

• Create the entire digital marketing environment from scratch (web, social medias, etc.)
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns (emailings, social medias, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging content (infographics, videos, posts, etc.)

Weasy Life Agency

Weasy Life Agency was a web agency specializing in the design of digital marketing solutions (web, email, social networks, etc.). With two different profiles and skills, my partner and I were complementary. Therefore, my role was to:

• Oversee all operational activities (HR, accounting, etc.)
• Coordinate commercial and prospecting activities to identify new customers
• Create, design and implement digital marketing solutions for clients

PwC

PwC (formerly Pricewaterhousecoopers) is a multinational company offering audit and advisory services. I was hired as an apprentice to validate the theoretical knowledge acquired during my courses. Therefore, my role was to:

• Assist managers in their administrative procedures (invoices, reservations, etc.)
• Organize marketing events (conferences, workshops, afterworks, etc.)
• Support the implementation and use of the CRM system (Client First)
